About the Role

 

• We are seeking motivated and professional Field Sales Representatives to join our expanding national team representing ADT, one of the UK’s leading providers of home security and smart alarm systems. ​

• In this self-employed position, you will promote and sell ADT’s range of home security products and services directly to residential customers across the UK. The role involves field-based work including door-to-door sales, lead generation, and in-home product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in your local area to promote ADT’s home security and smart home packages.

​

• Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate ADT solution.

​

• Conduct on-site consultations and provide quotations.

​

• Maintain a professional and ethical approach to all customer interactions.

​

• Manage your own schedule and area coverage effectively.

​

• Report daily activity and sales performance to the regional manager.

What We’re Looking For

​

• Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door, or field sales is advantageous but not essential.

​

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

​

• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.

​

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).

​

• A desire to represent a respected and trusted brand within the home security industry.
