About the Role

We are seeking professional and motivated Field Sales Representatives to promote the government-backed ECO Boiler Scheme. This initiative helps eligible households access free or heavily subsidised boiler upgrades and insulation improvements to reduce energy bills and improve home comfort.

As part of the Staff Scouts team, you will identify qualifying households, explain the scheme’s benefits, and guide residents through the initial application process. This role is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy engaging with the public and want to make a positive environmental and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit households to promote the ECO Boiler scheme and assess eligibility criteria.
• Explain the benefits of the scheme and how it helps improve energy efficiency.
• Collect accurate customer information using provided digital tools or forms.
• Liaise with internal coordinators to process applications efficiently.
• Represent Staff Scouts and partner installers professionally at all times.
• Work within GDPR guidelines and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
• Background in direct sales, field marketing, or community outreach preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and able to manage your own time effectively.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
• An understanding of ECO or energy-efficiency schemes (advantageous but full training provided).
