We are looking for confident and professional Field Sales Representatives to join our growing national team promoting a range of leading UK broadband providers. This campaign offers customers access to high-speed, full-fibre connectivity with reliable service and competitive pricing.

In this self-employed role, you will be responsible for generating broadband sales through direct face-to-face engagement, primarily door-to-door. You’ll work across your local area, helping households upgrade their broadband service while representing trusted and well-known UK providers.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, are motivated by results, and want the flexibility to manage their own working hours.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with residential customers door-to-door to promote broadband packages from leading UK providers.
• Clearly explain package benefits, speeds, and pricing options.
• Record customer details accurately using company systems.
• Maintain professionalism and a friendly approach at all times.
• Manage your own area coverage effectively to maximise opportunities.
• Represent Staff Scouts and partner broadband brands with integrity.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in broadband, utilities, or direct sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
